Secure payment
Payment is held securely, never transferred directly between users. It is released to the seller only after the buyer receives and approves the item — both sides protected.
Return protection
A return process is in place for change of mind (where the seller accepts it) and for faulty or misdescribed items. If no agreement is reached BugiBox reviews it; your money is safe with buyer protection.
Discounted shipping
Ship and track with contracted carrier rates. The shipping label and tracking number are generated automatically — fast and affordable.
Installments for buyers, upfront for sellers
Buyers can pay in installments on eligible items; the seller is paid in full, upfront. Selling gets easier and payment is never delayed.
Easy AI-assisted listing
Upload your product photos and let AI fill in the title, category and specs for you. Listing takes just minutes.
For Buyers
1. Find Your Product
Browse thousands of second-hand electronics from verified sellers. Use filters to narrow down by category, brand, condition, and price range.
2. Make an Offer
Found something you like? Make an offer to the seller. No deposit required — the seller has 24 hours to accept, decline, or counter.
3. Secure Payment
When the seller accepts your offer, complete the payment. Your money is held in our secure escrow system, not released to the seller yet.
4. Receive & Inspect
The seller ships the item with tracking. When it arrives, inspect it carefully. You have 48 hours to confirm or dispute.
5. Confirm & Complete
Happy with your purchase? Confirm delivery and the payment is released to the seller. If there is an issue, open a dispute and we will help resolve it.
For Sellers
1. List Your Product
Create a detailed listing with photos, description, and your asking price. Set the condition accurately to build trust with buyers.
2. Receive Offers
Buyers will submit offers on your listing. Review each offer and choose to accept, reject, or counter. Binding offers cannot be withdrawn.
3. Payment Secured
Once you accept an offer and the buyer pays, the funds are held in escrow. You can ship your item knowing payment is guaranteed.
4. Ship the Item
Pack your item securely and ship it with tracking. Enter the tracking number so the buyer can follow the delivery progress.
5. Get Paid
When the buyer confirms delivery the sale completes, and your payment is transferred to your bank account with the commission deducted.

Every transaction on BugiBox is protected by our secure escrow system. Money is never transferred directly between users. Instead, it is held securely until the buyer receives and approves the item, ensuring a safe and fair trading experience for everyone.
